In fulfilling this commitment to protect employees, company property, the public and the environment, Dynamic will provide and maintain a safe and healthy work environment according to industry standards and in compliance with legislative requirements. As a company, Dynamic strives to eliminate any foreseeable hazards which may result in accidents causing personal injury/illness or property damage.

Management and workers are equally responsible for minimizing accidents at our facilities and field work sites. Safe work practices and procedures are clearly defined in the Dynamic Solutions Inc. Health & Safety Manual for employees to follow.

Accidental loss can be controlled through good management in combination with active employee involvement. Safety is the direct responsibility of all managers, supervisors and workers.

As evidence of our focus on safety, Dynamic complies with all safety requirements as they relate to the planning, operation and maintenance of facilities and equipment. All employees perform their jobs properly in accordance with established procedures and safe work practices.

Dynamic Solutions Inc. has been awarded their Small Employer Certificate of Recognition by establishing health and safety programs that meet established standards. A SECOR Certificate is proof that the health and safety management system has been evaluated by an external auditor and meets the standards of the Partnerships in Health and Safety council.
